Résonance
CARLTON, OR
- Sense of Place. Views. Casual -
Located outside of Carlton on top of a hill surrounded by an ancient oak grove, this hidden gem is a must visit in our opinion and one of our favorites out of the wineries we have visited thus far. The wines are lovely and the charcuterie board is a perfect pairing. For the best experience, we recommend visiting when the weather is nice to fully enjoy the views on the expansive outdoor patio.

Winery Lane Collective
BEAVERTON, OR
- Charm. Sense of Place. Casual -
Heading down the long drive to the Collective, it’s obvious why this place is so special. It’s quintessential Oregon all wrapped in one. This laid back, yet elevated spot produces unique but lovely wines all within a stunning vineyard farm setting. The outdoor patio can’t be beat and the indoor lounge is equally as inviting. A top spot in our opinion.

-Restaurants-
-
Wooden Heart
DUNDEE, OR
- Wood-fired. Rustic. Casual -
When this place became a brick and mortar, we were elated. We have been longtime fans of their pizzas but the restaurant offers an expanded menu with seasonal items as well as their signature wood-fired dishes. The food is good here, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. TIP: The calamari is an absolute favorite!
-
Grounded Table
MCMINNVILLE, OR
- Farm to Table. Boutique. Hyperlocal -
One of the best meals we have had in the area so far! Formally Humblespirit, but has gone through only a name change with the same team and menu behind this beautiful quaint restaurant. Everything we ate and drank here was stellar. We can’t wait to try out The Pub around the corner! TIP: If they are offering the Fried Chicken Dinner, get it!
-
Pizza Capo
McMinnville, OR
- Casual. Bustling. Italian -
We keep coming back to this popular spot because it is so good! Wood-fired pizzas and Italian bites make for a tasty menu enjoyed by everyone. The cocktails here are also solid. TIP: This is a family friendly spot…also come early as it can get quite busy!
-
Hayward
CARLTON, OR
- Seasonal. Boutique. Warm. -
James Beard nominated and for good reason! We tried Hayward back when it was in the Mac Market (also a must) but are excited to try out its new location in Carlton just up the road from the Country House! The ever changing seasonal menu leaves you curious for more and wanting to come back!
-
Trellis
DUNDEE, OR
- Low Key. Casual. Quality -
This spot is one of our regular go-to’s for lunch. The food is consistently wonderful here and the drinks always match. Bonus, they also have a curated shoppable wine selection inside for convenience! TIP: Keep an eye out for their mobile pop-ups usually partnering with wineries throughout the valley. A perfect occasion to sip wine and try some of their special items!
